Free Shipping in the USA for orders over $50.00

For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, the method of shipment is at the discretion of's shipping department. Orders selecting Free Shipping may take up to 10 business days to arrive at the shipping destination. Orders expected to take longer to deliver will be contacted prior to shipment by's customer service department.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders, domestic and international, are shipped F.O.B. shipping point.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders that are in stock and going out via USPS must be received before 12:00PM Pacific Time in order to go out the same day.

Orders that are in stock and going out via UPS must be received before 2:00PM Pacific Time in order to go out the same day.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refused/Returned Packages

Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package was lost in the mail, please contact us right away. Many times the package is returned to us fairly quickly. Our policy is to wait two weeks from the intended delivery date to see if the package is returned to us. Then we can reship your order. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the building manager or office.

Packages that are marked as Delivered by the USPS cannot be refunded or reshipped. Please make sure your address is correct and also secure. If you feel your package may be at risk of theft or tampering, please ask for Delivery Confirmation in the Order Instructions/Comments text box during checkout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a 80% refund of the cost of the merchandise. We will refund in full and also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, if there is a problem, do not open or use the item until the problem is resolved.

You should expect to receive your refund to your credit card or PayPal account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
